CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Municipality and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] Apartment/ Flat and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specificationsspecification, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] as mentioned in the Schedule which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Competent Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the AgreementAgreement and the allottee shall before enterning in to the agreement shall satisfy himself about the compliance of development/ construciton.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specificationsSpecifications, amenities Amenities and facilities Facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan Payment Plan mentioned in Schedule-U and the specifications, amenities Specifications mentioned in Schedule-Q Amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] Facilities mentioned Schedule-R which has been approved by the competent authorityCompetent Authority, as represented by the PromoterDeveloper. The Promoter Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plansSaid Phase, floor plans and specificationsSpecifications, amenities Amenities and facilities. Subject Facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, Agreement and the Promoter undertakes Promoters undertake to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Sanctioning Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation, alteration and/or modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Promoters shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Municipal Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities plan of the [Apartment/Plot] said Unit and accepted also the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] of the Unit/Project as mentioned in the SCHEDULES hereto which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and such authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification variation/alteration /modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Actapplicable laws and this Agreement, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and local authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-bye- laws, FAR FAR' and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] Apartment and accepted the floor planplan as annexed as Annexure A herewith, payment plan as mentioned in Part II of the Fourth Schedule and the specificationsspecification, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promotermentioned in Fifth and Sixth Schedule. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. , Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Asansol Municipal Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the this Agreement.

The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] Designated Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with as per relevant Schedules to this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specificationsfacilities, amenities and facilities. Subject specifications, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Rajarhat Gopalpur Municipality and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the this Agreement and the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities 8Pecifications of the [(Apartment/Plot] and accepted the Payment Plan, floor planplans, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities layout plans [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Town & Country Planning and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities as mentioned in different Schedule [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and South Dum Dum Municipality and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws]and laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and such authoritiesand shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than as agreed upon or in the manner provided under the Actapplicable laws, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute shallconstitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and MP Government and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] Apartment/ Plot and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specificationsspecification, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. , Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Competent Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the this Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities plan of the [Apartment/Plot] Apartment and accepted also the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] of the Apartment/Project as mentioned in the SCHEDULES hereto which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and such authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification variation/alteration /modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Actapplicable laws and this Agreement, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and M.P. Bhumi Vikas Adhiniyam and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] Apartment/ Unit and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specificationsspecification, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the PromoterVendor/Developer. The Promoter Vendor/Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. , Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and concerned authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Vendor/Developer shall constitute a material breach of the this Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the MP. Municipal Corporation Act [Please insert the relevant State laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Madhya Pradesh [Please insert the relevant State laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such insuch plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specificationsSpecifications, amenities Amenities and facilities Facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] Unit and accepted the floor plan, payment plan Payment Plan mentioned in Schedule-U, the Specifications mentioned in Schedule-Q and the specifications, amenities Amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] Facilities mentioned Schedule-R which has been approved by the competent authorityCompetent Authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plansSaid Phase, floor plans and specificationsSpecifications, amenities Amenities and facilitiesFacilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-bye- laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Sanctioning Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation, alteration and/or modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] flat and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and local authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Siliguri Municipal Corporation Authority] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specificationsspecification, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Town and Country Planning Bhopal and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout sanctioned plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted Project as mentioned in the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] THIRD AND FOURTH SCHEDULE hereto which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the said Project in accordance with the said layout planssanctioned plan, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and such authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Actapplicable laws and this Agreement, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities specifications of the [Apartment/Apartment / Plot] and accepted the Payment Plan, floor planplans, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities Layout plans [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the The Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-bye - laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the MUNICIPAL ACT. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR sanction area as per Building Rules and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and Municipality and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.
