Common use of CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT Clause in Contracts

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, 0000, Xxxxxx Development Plan, 2021 and MP Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has Allottees have seen and accepted the proposed layout plan, plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the PromoterVendor-Cum- Developer. The Promoter Vendor-Cum-Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the Promoter Vendor-Cum-Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] concerned authority(ies) and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Vendor-Cum-Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Madhya Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956, M.P. Bhoomi Vikas Niyam, 2012, Town and Country Planning Act, Panchyatraj Avem Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam, etc. and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Dream Palace ] and accepted the layout plan, The floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority West Bengal Municipal (Building) Rules, 2007 [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities specifications of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Unit and accepted the layout planPayment Plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed plans,[annexed along with this Agreement] layout plans which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Allottee has also understood that the building in which the Unit is situated forms part of the first phase of development. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilitiesspecifications as mentioned in PART-IX of Schedule A hereto. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and any modifications to be hereafter approved by the authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] West Bengal Municipal (Building) Rules, 2007 & The West Bengal Municipal Act 1993 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under this Agreement and the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] ) which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] West Bengal Panchayat (Gram Panchayat Administration) Rules, 2004 as amended time to time and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, plans other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities amenities, and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], ] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] New Kolkata Development Authority (NKDA) The New Town Kolkata (Building) Rules, 2009 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout planplan and the floor plan of the Apartment shown in Annexure-B to the Agreement, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the PromoterPromoters. The Promoter Promoters shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the Promoter Promoters undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Promoters shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities as mentioned in different Schedule [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] (Rajarhat Gopalpur Municipality Formerly), Presently Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] M.P. Bhoomi Vikas Niyam 2012, MP Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority Rewa Development Plan 2031 & Madhya Pradesh Bhumi Vikas Adhiniyam 2012. [Please insert the relevant State laws] and laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], XXXXXXXX RESIDENCY] and accepted the layout plan, The floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority West Bengal Municipal (Building) Rules, 2007 [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment/ Plot and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specificationsspecification, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. , Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-lawsbye‐laws, FAR FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority […………………(Please insert the relevant State laws] Laws) and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the this Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment[Apartment/ flat/Pent Houses [Apartmentshop/ROW-HOUSE], garage/commercial space] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] West Bengal Housing Industry Regulation Act, 2017 ( West Bengal Act. XLI of 2017) and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] theMADHAYA PRADESH Bhumi Vikas Niyam 2012 and MP Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000]xxx shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot] and accepted the layout planPayment Plan, floor planplans, payment plan layout plans and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authorityAuthority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR Floor Area Ratio (FAR) and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Puducherry Building Bye-Laws and Zoning Regulations, 2012 and as amended from time to time and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. 6.1 The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], said Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authorityCorporation, as represented by the PromoterTotal Price & payment plan mentioned in 3rd Schedule and the Additional Liabilities and Deposits mentioned in 6th Schedule and the specifications, the Common Areas, amenities and facilities mentioned in 4th & 5th Schedules. The Promoter shall develop the Project said Apartment in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities Corporation and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the Kolkata Municipal Corporation and/or other relevant State laws] statutes and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the ActAct and/or allowed by the competent authorities under the relevant statutes and this Agreement, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout planplan and the floor plan of the Apartment shown in Annexure-A to the Agreement, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the PromoterPromoters. The Promoter Promoters shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the Promoter Promoters undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Promoters shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, 0000, Xxxxxx Development Plan 2021 and MP Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. 6.1 The Allottee has seen inspected the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with as contained in this Agreement] Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Owner/Promoter. The Owner/Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and construct and complete the brick work along with plaster on the inside walls as per specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Kolkata Municipal Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout planPayment Plan, floor planplans, payment plan layout plans and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authorityAuthority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR Floor Area Ratio (FAR) and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Puducherry Building Bye-Laws and Zoning Regulations, 2012 and as amended from time to time and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan Payment Plan and the specificationsspecification, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specificationsplans, specification, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Planning and Building Standards Regulations of concerned local planning authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] - Odisha Development Authorities (Planning and Building Standards) Rules, 2020 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses Duplex [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], ] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses LIG/ EWS flat [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] theMADHAYA PRADESH Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx 2012 and MP Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000]xxx shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] M.P. Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx 2012, MP Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has have seen and accepted the proposed layout planplan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in SCHEDULE-B (Floor Plan) to the, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROWProject as mentioned in the SCHEDULE-HOUSE]D&E, hereto and have accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the PromoterPromoters. The Promoter Promoters shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the Promoter Promoters undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] concerned authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Promoters shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities amenities, and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], ] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] South 24 Parganas Zilla Parisad, West Bengal General Bye-Law, 2014 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the ApartmentPlot/Pent Houses Bungalow [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot/Bungalow] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [The West Bengal Municipal (Building) Rules, 2007 Please insert the relevant State lawslaws (Kindly Confirm the same)] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses row house [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], ] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority KOLKATA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION BUILDING RULE [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the me Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses Duplex [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], ] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [[ Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities specifications of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Unit and accepted the Payment Plan, plans, layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities plans [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Allottee has also understood that the building in which the Unit is situated forms part of the second phase of development. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and any modifications to be hereafter approved by the authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and The New Town Kolkata (Building) Rules, 2014and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under this Agreement and the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Designated Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with as per relevant Schedules to this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Allottee has also understood that the building in which the Designated Apartment is situated forms part of the first phase of development. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specificationsfacilities, amenities and facilities. Subject specifications, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans/ modification plans (upon its sanction) approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the this Agreement and the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed theproposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot/unit] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. Promoterwhich was duly verified by the allottee after making its due diligence.. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. 6.1 The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], said Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authorityCorporation, as represented by the Promoter. Total Price & payment plan mentioned in Fifth Schedule hereunder written and the Additional Liabilities and Deposits mentioned in Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx hereunder written and the specifications, the Common Areas, amenities and facilities mentioned in Seventh Schedule hereunder written The Promoter shall develop the Project said Apartment in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities Corporation and shall also strictly abide by the bye-bye- laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the ActAct and this Agreement, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, 0000, Xxxxxx Development Plan, 2021 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the ApartmentApartment/ Shop/Pent Houses [ApartmentShowroom/ROW-HOUSE], Office and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Bhumi Vikas Niyam and Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee Allottee(s) has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities specifications of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot] and accepted the layout planPayment Plan, floor planplans, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities layout plans [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the PromoterLandowners/Vendors and the Developer /Promoter. The Landowners/Vendors and the Developer/Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Landowners/Vendors and the Developer/Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority …………………………………… [Please insert the relevant State lawslaws in force] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification variation/alteration /modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority ………………[Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

Promoter s. The Promoter Promoters shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the Promoter s undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] concerned authority(ies) and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter s shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the ApartmentApartment/ Shop/Pent Houses [ApartmentShowroom/ROW-HOUSE], Office and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Bhumi Xxxxx Xxxxx and Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Purchaser/Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, specifications amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter Owner/Vendor No. 2/Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, Agreement the Promoter Owner/Vendor No. 2/Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] KMC Building Rules and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Owner/Vendor No. 2/Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. APARTMENT/ROW-HOUSE: The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses EWS flat [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], ] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] M.P Bhumi Vikas Xxxxx 2012 & Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the AgreementAgreement & the allottee shall before entering in to the agreement shall satisfy himself about the compliance of construction.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. 6.1 The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], said Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authorityCorporation, as represented by the Promoter. Total Price & payment plan mentioned in Fifth Schedule hereunder written and the Additional Liabilities and Deposits mentioned in Ninth Schedule hereunder written and the specifications, the Common Areas, amenities and facilities mentioned in Seventh Schedule hereunder written The Promoter shall develop the Project said Apartment in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities Corporation and shall also strictly abide by the bye-bye- laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the ActAct and this Agreement, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-bye- laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] WEST BENGAL HOUSING INDUSTIRES AND REGULATIONS ACT, 2017 (HIRA) and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities specifications of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Unit and accepted the Payment Plan, plans, layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities plans [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Allottee has also understood that the building in which the Unit is situated forms part of the first phase of development. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] West Bengal Municipal (Building) Rules, 2007 & The West Bengal Municipal Act 1993 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under this Agreement and the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout planPayment Plan, floor planplans, payment plan layout plans and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed facilities[annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authorityAuthority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR Floor Area Ratio (FAR) and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Puducherry Building Bye-Laws and Zoning Regulations, 2012 and as amended from time to time and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the ApartmentApartment/ Shop/Pent Houses [ApartmentShowroom/ROW-HOUSE], Office and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Bhumi Vikas Niyam and Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Designated Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with as per relevant Schedules to this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Allottee has also understood that the building in which the Designated Apartment is situated forms part of the first phase of development. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specificationsfacilities, amenities and facilities. Subject specifications, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Municipal Act and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the this Agreement and the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please _Madhya Pradesh Bhumi Vikas Niyam 2012[Please insert the relevant State laws] and laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee Allottee/Purchaser has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specificationsspecification, amenities and facilities [annexed along with as stated in this Agreement] Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Vendors/Owners/Promoter/Developer. The Promoter Promoter/ Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. , Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] West Bengal Municipal Act, 2006 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Promoter/Developer shall constitute a material breach of the this Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities amenities, and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], ] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] South 24 Parganas Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, West Bengal The South 24 Parganas Revised General Bye-Law, 2014 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. Page15 The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], said Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authorityBarasat Municipality, as represented by the Promoter. Total Price & payment plan mentioned in Schedule C and the Additional Charges/ liabilities and Deposits mentioned in Schedule E and the specifications, the Common Areas, amenities and facilities mentioned in Schedules D. The Promoter shall develop the Project said Apartment in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities Municipality and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Municipality and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the ActAct and this Agreement, and breach of this term by the Promoter Promoter/Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout planplan of the Apartment being Annexure-A to this Agreement, the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] KMC and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartmentplot/Pent Houses [Apartmentduplex[Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], and Plot]and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please authority[Please insert the relevant State laws] and laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee Allottees has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment/ Plot and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specificationsspecification, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. , Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] “REAL ESTATE (REGULATION & DEVELOPMENT) ACT, 2016” and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the this Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities as mentioned in different Schedule [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] (Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Municipality Formerly), Presently Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee Allottee(s) has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan Payment Plan and the specificationsspecification, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoterpromoter. The Promoter promoter shall develop the Project project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specificationsplans, specification, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR Far and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Planning and Building Standards Regulations of Bhubaneswar Development Authority 2018, and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities specifications of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Unit and accepted the Payment Plan, plans, layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities plans [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Allottee has also understood that the building in which the Unit is situated forms part of the one of the phases of development. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilitiesspecifications as mentioned in Part-7 of Schedule A hereto. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and any modifications to be hereafter approved by the authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Kolkata Municipal Corporation Building Rules and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under this Agreement and the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] as mentioned in the Schedule which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the PromoterCompetent Authority. The Promoter Promoters/Owners shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes Promoters/Owners undertake to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-lawsbyelaws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Municipal Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Promoters/Owners shall constitute be considered as a material breach of the Agreement.. The Allottee further hereby agrees and accepts the following:

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority M.P. LAND DEVELOPMENT RULES, 2012 [Please insert the relevant State laws] and laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities specifications of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROWAllotted Apartment (stated in Part-HOUSE], III of the Third Schedule) and accepted the layout planPayment Plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [(annexed along with this Agreement] ), layout plans which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by Competent Authority. The Allottee has also understood that the PromoterTower in which the Allotted Apartment is situated forms part of the Phase 1B Project. The Promoter shall develop the Phase 1B Project in accordance with the said layout plansplan, floor plans plan and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such the plans approved and as may be approved as per the provisions contained herein by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local rules of the concerned authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under this Agreement and the Act, Act and the Rules and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has have seen and accepted the proposed layout planplan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in SECOND SCHEDULE(Floor Plan) to the, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROWProject as mentioned in the Part-HOUSE], II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the PromoterPromoters. The Promoter Promoters shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the Promoter Promoters undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] concerned authority(ies) and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Promoters shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority Bhopal Development Plan and Madhya Pradesh Bhumi Vikas Adhiniyan 2012 [Please insert the relevant State laws] and laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartmentsaid unit/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] West Bengal Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000 read with West Bengal Municipal Building Rules, 2007 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Actsaid Act and Rules, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment/ Flat and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specificationsspecification, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] as mentioned in the Scheedule which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] (Formerly Rajarht-Gopalpur Municipality) presently Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx Niyam, 2012, Indore Development Plan, 2021 and MP Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses plot [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment / Plot] and accepted the layout plan, floor f xxxx plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor f xxxx plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density d ensity norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [[ Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan, plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the PromoterVendor-Cum-Developer. The Promoter Vendor-Cum-Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the Promoter Vendor-Cum-Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] concerned authority(ies) and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Vendor-Cum-Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. APARTMENT/ROW-HOUSE: The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the ApartmentEWS/Pent Houses LIG/flat [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], ] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the ApartmentCommercial Shop/Pent Houses Office [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. (i) The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, floor plan as shown in Annexure-A, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment as mentioned in the SCHEDULE “D” and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan the Payment Plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] facilities, which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Owner/Promoter. The Owner/Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Owner/Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Relevant Laws and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Owner/Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] West Bengal Housing Industries Regulation Act ,2017 (West Bengal Act XLI of 2017) and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. 6.1. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specificationsspecification, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] Agreement as also the right title interest of the Developer and the Confirming Parties as also all other permissions which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. , Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Kolkata Municipal Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the this Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses “EWS” UNIT [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout planplan , specificationsspecification , amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment/ plot] and accepted the layout plan, floor planplan , payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, authority ,as represented by the Promoterpromoter. The Promoter promoter shall develop the Project project in accordance with the said layout plansplans , floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilitiesfacilities . Subject subject to the terms in this Agreementagreement, the Promoter promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-lawsbye laws , FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please State Govt. Law [ please insert the relevant State state laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the ActAct , and breach of this term by the Promoter promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has Allottee/s has/have seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority Xxx Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000 [Please insert the relevant State lawsXxxx Xxx. Act XXII of 1993 ] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment/ Plot and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specificationsspecification, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. , Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert This Act may be called the relevant State laws] West Bengal Building (Regulation of Promotion of Construction and Transfer by Promoters) Act, 1993 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the this Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. 6.1 The Allottee Allottee/s has seen the proposed layout planplans, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [(annexed along with this Agreement] agreement) which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter/Owner/Developer. The Promoter Promoter/Owner/Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter Promoter/Owner/Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Relevant Laws and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Promoter/Owner/Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] M.P Bhumi Vikas Niyam 2012 & Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the AgreementAgreement & the allottee shall before entering in to the agreement shall satisfy himself about the compliance of construction.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [(annexed along with this Agreement] ) which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop has developed the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] the........................and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act., and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the this Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout planplan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the Agreement, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Project as mentioned in the THIRD and FOURTH SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], said Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authorityBidhannagar Municipal Corporation, as represented by the Promoter. Total Price & payment plan mentioned in Schedule C and the Additional Charges/ liabilities and Deposits mentioned in Schedule E and the specifications, the Common Areas, amenities and facilities mentioned in Schedules D. The Promoter shall develop the Project said Apartment in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities Municipal Corporation and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Municipal Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the ActAct and this Agreement, and breach of this term by the Promoter Promoter/Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities specifications of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout planPayment Plan, floor planplans, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [layout plans (annexed along with this Agreement] ) which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Planning and Building Standards |Regulations of Concerned local authority [Please Planning Authority (please insert the relevant State laws] ) and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses LIG/ EWS flat/ Shops & Offices [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Plot] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the ApartmentFlat/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Parking and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the PromoterVENDOR/DEVELOPER . The Promoter VENDOR/DEVELOPER shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter VENDOR/DEVELOPER undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] West Bengal Housing Industries Regulation Act ,2017 (West Bengal Act XLI of 2017 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / /alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter VENDOR/DEVELOPER shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Apartment and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, 0000, Xxxxxx Development Plan, 2021, MP Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000 and M.P. Gram Panchayat (Colonyon ka Vikas) Niyam and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities amenities, and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], ] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority New Kolkata Development Authority (NKDA) The New Town Kolkata (Building) Rules, 2009 [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], Flat / Apartment] and accepted the layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the local authority Town and Country Planning Indore [Please insert the relevant State laws] and laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.
