Common use of CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT Clause in Contracts

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have seen and accepted the proposed layout plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Developer. The Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have seen and accepted the proposed layout plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Developer. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees Allottee(s) has/have seen and accepted the proposed layout sanctioned plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter, proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment and accepted the said sanctioned plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities mentioned herein. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said sanctioned plan, layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans which shall be approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) such authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than as agreed upon or in the manner provided under the Actapplicable laws, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Vendor-Cum-Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Vendor-Cum-Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Vendor/Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. , Subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Vendor/Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Vendor/Developer shall constitute a material breach of the this Agreement.

Subject , subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Promoter/Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) West Municipal Act, 1993 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the tie Promoter/Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer Developers undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Developers shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Developer Promoters shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer Promoters undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoters shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the Agreement, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) KMC and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project as mentioned Allotted Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities (stated in the Part – I and Part – II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperThird Schedule hereunder written). The Developer Developer/Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plansplan, floor plans plan and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject facilities subject however to the terms of in this Agreement, the Developer . The Developers / Promoters undertakes to strictly abide by such the plans approved and as may be approved as per the provisions contained herein by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) Arambagh Municipality Building Rules and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/ alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under this Agreement and the Act, Act and breach of this term by the Developer Developer/Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Developer Promoters shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer Promoters undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoters shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the LIG/ EWS flat [Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto Plot] and have accepted the same layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) NZP and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) Municipality and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) NZP and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) KMC and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

Subject , subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Promoter/Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) West Municipal Act, 1993 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer shall tie Promoter/Developershall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

Subject , subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Promoter/Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) West Municipal Act, 1993 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer shall tie Promoter/Developershall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

Subject , subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) WB Municipal Building Rules, 2007 and provisions prescribed by the municipal law and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer Promoter s undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter s shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer Promoters undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoters shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Developer Developer/Promoter shall develop the Project project in accordance with the said sanctioned, revised and layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Developer . The Developer/Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) Kolkata Municipal Corporation and shall not have an option to make take any variation /alteration / variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Developer/Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan of the Unit as also shown in Annexure-A B to the Agreement and specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE SCHEDULE-4 hereto and have accepted the same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) Municipal Act and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification /modification in such plans, plans or other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the row house [Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto ROW-HOUSE] and have accepted the same layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. 6.1 The Allottees have Sub-Lessee/Allottee/Purchaser has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan plan, specifications, Amenities and facilities of the Apartment and also accepted the floor plan, payment plan as also shown in Annexure-A to and the specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperSub- Lessor/Promoter. The Developer Sub-Lessor/Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) relevant State laws and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the RERA Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Plot/Bungalow [Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto Plot/Bungalow] and have accepted the same layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees Allottee(s) has/have seen and accepted the proposed layout sanctioned plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter, proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment and accepted the said sanctioned plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities mentioned herein. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said sanctioned plan, layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans which shall be approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) such authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than as agreed upon or in the manner provided under the Actapplicable laws, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have Allottee(s) has seen the specifications of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted the proposed Payment Plan, floor plans, layout plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the same plans [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperLandowners/Vendors and the Developer /Promoter. The Developer Landowners/Vendors and the Developer/Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Developer Landowners/Vendors and the Developer/Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) [Please insert the relevant laws in force] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification variation/alteration /modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the same different Schedule [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Owner/Developer. The Owner/Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Owner/Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) Municipality and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Owner/Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan and floor plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the Agreement, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) Municipality and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-Annexure - A to the Agreement, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperDevelopers. The Developer Developers shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer Developers undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Developers shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the “EWS” UNIT [Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto Plot] and have accepted the same layout plan, floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) local authority [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the Agreement, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD and FOURTH SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the Agreement, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD and FOURTH SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) HZP and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Developer. The Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the Agreement, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of SECOND SCHEDULE and the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter. The Developer Promoter shall develop the said Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) such authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Actapplicable laws and this Agreement, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan of the Said Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A C to the specificationsAgreement, amenities Specifications, Project Common Areas, Amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project Facilities as mentioned in the Part II of SECOND SCHEDULE and the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the DeveloperPromoter. The Developer Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Developer Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) such authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Actapplicable laws and this Agreement, and breach of this term by the Developer Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have seen Allottee has physically inspected the project and accepted had satisfied them selves from the proposed layout plan of the Apartment and also flat as well as the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the Project its construction quality , specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SIXTH SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Developer. The Developer shall develop had developed the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) SDDM and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees Allottee have seen and accepted the proposed layout plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto and have accepted the same which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Developer. The Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Developer Developer/Vendor/ Owner shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Developer Developer/Vendor/ Owner undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) [Please insert the relevant State laws] and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Developer Developer/Vendor/ Owner shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottees have Allottee has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan of the Apartment and also the floor plan as also shown in Annexure-A to the plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Part II of the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto Apartment and have accepted the same floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter/Developer. The Promoter/Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject , subject to the terms of in this Agreement, the Promoter/Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye- bye-laws, FAR and density 12 norms and provisions prescribed by the concerned authority(ies) West Municipal Act, 1993 and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / variation/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the tie Promoter/Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.
