CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities as mentioned in the Schedule which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Municipal Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /'alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities as mentioned in the Schedule annexed along with this Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the PromoterDeveloper. The Promoter Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Municipal Authority Act and shall not have an option to make any variation /'alteration/ alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen and satisfied with the title of the Said Land, proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities plan of the Apartment and accepted the floor planApartment, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities as mentioned in the Schedule which has been approved by the competent authority, the proposed specifications, amenities and facilities in respect of the Apartment and the payment plan, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Municipal Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /'alteration/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Promoter shall develop the Real Estate Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in of this Agreement, the . The Promoter Vendors/Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject . Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter Vendors/Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Municipal Authority appropriate authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation /'alteration/modification /alteration /modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Vendors/Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Allottee Purchaser has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specificationsspecification, amenities and facilities as mentioned in the Schedule annexed along with this Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the PromoterVendor. The Promoter Vendor shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter Vendor undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Municipal Authority HIRA and shall not have an option to make any variation /'alteration/variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Vendor shall constitute a material breach of the this Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan Payment Plan and the specificationsspecification, amenities and facilities as mentioned in the Schedule which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoterpromoter. The Promoter promoter shall develop the Project project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specificationsspecification, amenities and facilities, subject . Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Municipal Authority Planning and Building Standards Regulations of Bhubaneswar Development Authority, and shall not have an option to make any variation /'alteration/variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities specifications of the Apartment and accepted the Payment Plan, floor planplans, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities as mentioned in the Schedule layout plans [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the PromoterDeveloper. The Promoter Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with the said Plan and/or such plans layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities specifications as respectively mentioned in Schedule I and facilities, subject Schedule J below. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Municipal Authority Concerned Authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation /'alteration/modification /alteration /modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and plans, specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Municipal Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /'alteration/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen and accepted the Sanctioned Plan, proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities as mentioned in the Schedule which has been approved by the competent authorityKMC, the Total Price and Payment Plan mentioned in Schedule E and the Extra Charges and Deposits as represented by more fully mentioned in Schedule I and the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop Specifications and the Project in accordance with the said layout plansCommon Areas, floor plans Amenities and Facilities and specifications, amenities mentioned in Schedules G and facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the F. The Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Municipal Authority Act and shall not have an option to make any variation /'alteration/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee Purchaser has seen and accepted the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities plan of the Apartment and accepted also the floor plan, payment plan plan, and the specifications, amenities amenities, and facilities of the said Apartment/Project as mentioned in the Schedule SCHEDULES hereto which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the PromoterDeveloper. The Promoter Developer shall develop the Project in accordance with by the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter Developer undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Municipal Authority such authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation /'alterationvariation/modification alteration /modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Actapplicable laws and this Agreement, and breach of this term by the Promoter Developer shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Municipal Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /'alteration/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Municipal Authority local authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /'alteration//alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities as mentioned in the Schedule which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-bye- laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Municipal Authority and shall not have an option to make any variation /'alteration/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT. The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, plan specification amenities and facilities of the [Apartment plot] and accepted the floor plan, plan payment plan and the specifications, specification amenities and facilities as mentioned in the Schedule [annexed along with this agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, authority as represented by the Promoterpromoter. The Promoter promoter shall develop the Project project in accordance with the said layout plans, plans floor plans and specifications, specification amenities and facilities, facilities subject to the terms in this Agreement, Agreement the Promoter promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and d shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, bye laws FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Bidhannagar Municipal Authority Corporation and shall not have an option to make any variation /'alteration//alteration/ modification in such plans, plans other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term terms by the Promoter promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The Promoter Owner shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities, subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter Owner undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-bye- laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the Municipal Authority such authorities and shall not have an option to make any variation /'alteration/alteration/modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter Owner shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.
