Common use of Construction of Works Clause in Contracts

Construction of Works. If the Developer proceeds with the Works it shall, at its own expense, properly construct and complete them in accordance with the Drawings and the Specification (and which Drawings and Specification shall be deemed to be part of this Agreement) or as varied by virtue of the powers contained in S.2 of this Schedule and the statutory provisions for the time being relating to new Sewers and to the reasonable satisfaction of xxx Xxxxxxxxxx in the positions and to the extent shown within the Drawings and indicated by coloured lines and symbols as to foul and surface water sewers in accordance with Appendix VI of the said 6th Edition of ‘Sewers for Adoption’.
