Construction Phase General Services. The Construction Manager shall furnish any and all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, utilities, services and facilities required to perform all Work for the construction of the Project, and to completely and totally construct the same and install the material therein for the City. All Work will be performed in a good and workmanlike and substantial manner according to the standards set forth in Subsection 1.6(A) above. The Work shall be to the satisfaction of the City and strictly pursuant to and in conformity with the Project’s Contract Documents, as modified and agreed to by the City. Construction Manager’s Representative shall be reasonably available to City and shall have the necessary expertise and experience required to supervise the Work. Construction Manager’s Representative shall communicate regularly with City but not less than once each week and shall be vested with the authority to act on behalf of Construction Manager. Construction Manager’s Representative may be replaced only with the written consent of City.
