Construction Phase Services for the Project. C. The CMR agrees to provide the Phase 1 – Pre-Construction Phase Services for the Project under the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract, in the attached documents and in any other Contract Documents. The CMR further agrees to provide its proposal for the Project Guaranteed Maximum Price and to negotiate with the Owner in good faith to reach agreement on providing Phase 2 – Construction Phase Services for the Project.
