Construction Program. (a) The Distributor will prepare a Construction Program that includes a Start Date as well as a Completion Date. (b) The Distributor will use its reasonable endeavours to construct the Works in accordance with the Construction Program. (c) Subject to clause 4.4, the Distributor will use its reasonable endeavours to complete the Works by the Completion Date.
