Common use of Construction Pursuant to Approved Construction Documents Clause in Contracts

Construction Pursuant to Approved Construction Documents. The Developer shall cause construction of the Improvements in each Phase in accordance with the applicable Approved Construction Documents (or modifications thereto processed and approved by the City in accordance with applicable City ordinances, rules and regulations), and the terms and conditions of all City and other governmental approvals. Nothing in this section shall preclude or modify the Developer’s obligation to obtain any required City approval of changes in the Approved Construction Documents in accordance with applicable City ordinances, rules and regulations.
