Construction Reporting. (i) The WIFIA Lender shall have the right in its sole discretion to monitor (or direct its agents to monitor) the development of the Project, including environmental compliance, design, and construction of the Project. The City shall be responsible for administering construction oversight of the Project in accordance with applicable federal, state and local governmental requirements. The City agrees to cooperate in good faith with the WIFIA Lender in the conduct of such monitoring by promptly providing the WIFIA Lender with such Construction Contracts (together with any related contracts, side letters or other understandings) and such reports, documentation or other information as shall be requested by the WIFIA Lender or its agents, including any independent engineer reports, documentation or information. During the period beginning from the first quarter following bid advertisement of the first Construction Contract for the Project, through and until Substantial Completion of the Project, the City shall furnish to the WIFIA Lender, on a quarterly basis, a report on the status of the Project, substantially in the form of Exhibit J (Form of Quarterly Report). The report shall be executed by the City’s Authorized Representative and, for any quarter, shall be delivered to the WIFIA Lender within thirty (30) days of the following quarter (or if such day is not a Business Day, on the next following Business Day). If the then-current projection for the Substantial Completion Date is a date later than the Projected Substantial Completion Date, the City shall provide in such report a description in reasonable detail to the reasonable satisfaction of the WIFIA Lender of the reasons for such projected delay, an estimate of the impact of such delay on the capital and operating costs of the System (if any), and a certification of the City’s Authorized Representative that the new date could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

Construction Reporting. Upon the written request of BCEG (but not more often than once every three months) prior to the commencement of construction, North10 shall provide BGEC and the Jobs Coordinator with the following information:
Construction Reporting. The Certificate Holder shall submit quarterly construction progress reports within thirty (30) days after the end of the quarter. The Certificate Holder shall submit notices of significant changes in the construction schedule with EFSEC within fifteen (15) days of the schedule change.
Construction Reporting. The Project Engineer shall prepare required reports, keep records, and perform work so as to enable Mn/DOT to collect the federal aid funds sought by the City/County. All records and reports shall be retained by the City/County in accordance with Mn/DOT's record retention schedule for federal aid projects. At regular monthly intervals after work has started under the contract for the Projects, the City/County, through its Project Engineer, shall prepare partial estimates in accordance with the terms of the contract for the Projects and the procedures established by Mn/DOT’s Office of Construction. Each partial estimate, shall be certified by the Project Engineer and by the individual, firm, or corporation contracting for and undertaking prosecution of the prescribed work (hereinafter "Contractor"). The Project Engineer shall immediately after preparing each partial estimate, transmit the partial estimate to Mn/DOT in quintuplicate. Upon completion of the Projects, the Project Engineer shall prepare and submit to Mn/DOT the final estimate data, together with the required project records in accordance with the terms of the contract let for the Projects. Quantities listed on partial and final estimates shall be documented in accordance with the guidelines set forth in Mn/DOT’s Documentation Manual for Construction Pay Quantities.
Construction Reporting. HGM will provide a Daily Work Report and Diary (collection of authorized Daily Work Reports) for each day of construction activity on the project. In addition, a field diary will also be kept as a record of the daily construction activities.
Construction Reporting. The Parties acknowledge and agree that communication and cooperation between the Parties is imperative to the successful completion of the Project and to achieve the objectives of the Redevelopment Plan. Therefore, the Parties shall endeavor to keep the other Party sufficiently informed regarding matters related to the development and construction of the Project so the other Party can have a meaningful opportunity to review, comment, and respond on matters relating to the other Party’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Construction Reports Each Constructing Entity shall issue reports to each other Construction Party on a monthly basis, and at such other times as reasonably requested, regarding the status of the construction and installation of the Interconnection Facilities. Each Construction Party shall promptly identify, and shall notify each other Construction Party of, any event that the Construction Party reasonably expects may delay completion, or may significantly increase the cost, of the Interconnection Facilities. Should a Construction Party report such an event, Transmission Provider shall, within fifteen days of such notification, convene a technical meeting of the Construction Parties to evaluate schedule alternatives.

  • Project Reporting During the course of Implementation Services, the NAVITAIRE Hosted Revenue Accounting Services Project Manager will coordinate status reporting with the NAVITAIRE Hosted Reservation Services Project Manager. Following completion of installation of the Hosted Reservation Services, the NAVITAIRE Hosted Revenue Accounting Services Project Manager will provide Customer with status on the remaining Implementation Services for Hosted Revenue Accounting Services as follows; (a) Weekly Project Plan Update and Status Report; (b) Weekly Updated Issues/Resolution List; and (c) Executive Summary.

  • Information Reporting (a) The Fund agrees that, during the Current Special Rate Period and so long as BANA or any Affiliate thereof is the beneficial owner of any Outstanding VRDP Shares, it will deliver, or direct the Tender and Paying Agent to deliver, to BANA and any such Affiliate:

  • Litigation Reporting If Contractor is served with a pleading or other document in connection with an action before a court or other administrative decision making body, and such pleading or document relates to this Participating Addendum or may affect Contractor’s ability to perform its obligations under this Participating Addendum, Contractor shall, within 10 days after being served, notify the State of such action and deliver copies of such pleading or document to the State’s primary contact identified in §5 of the Participating Addendum .

  • Implementation Report Within 150 days after the Effective Date, Extendicare shall submit a written report to OIG summarizing the status of its implementation of the requirements of this CIA (Implementation Report). The Implementation Report shall, at a minimum, include:

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • Utilization Reports Both the Contractor and Subcontractor shall complete Quarterly Utilization Reports (or similar type documents containing the same information) and submit them to the Contracting Officer and to the Bureau within ten (10) business days at the end of each quarter. This information will be used to determine the actual dollar amount paid to Subcontractor and will also serve as a record of fulfillment of Contractor’s Small Diverse Business and Small Business Commitments. If there was no activity during the quarter, then the form must be completed by stating “No activity in this quarter.” A late fee of $100.00 per day may be assessed against the Contractor if its Utilization Report is not submitted in accordance with the schedule above.

  • Progress Reporting 5. The IP will submit to UNICEF narrative progress reports against the planned activities contained in the Programme Document, using the PDPR. Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in writing, these reports will be submitted at the end of every Quarter. The final report will be submitted no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the end the Programme and will be provided together with the FACE form.

  • Project Reports; Completion Report 1. The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of the Standard Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the World Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the World Bank not later than one (1) month after the end of the period covered by such report.
