Construction/Sales Structure. 3.15.1 A temporary structure shall be permitted on the Lands for the purpose of housing equipment, materials and office related matters relating to the construction and sale of the development in accordance with this Agreement. The structure shall be removed from the Lands upon the issuance of the last Occupancy Permit.
