Common use of Construction Staging Areas Clause in Contracts

Construction Staging Areas. All construction staging areas shall be located within the work site. The boundaries of construction staging areas shall be approved by the Town. Construction staging areas shall be used for material storage, parking for equipment, and employees' vehicles. A construction trailer shall not be required, but may be used if the location of the trailer is approved by the Town. Upon Final Completion, all staging areas shall be clean and restored to their original condition. No additional compensation shall be provided to Contractor for cleaning of construction staging areas.
