Construction Wastes and Clean-Up. ‌ The Certificate Holder’s waste disposal plans and schedule shall be included in the site construction plans and specifications for review and approval by EFSEC. 1. The Certificate Holder shall dispose of sanitary and other wastes generated during construction at facilities authorized to accept such wastes. 2. The Certificate Holder shall properly dispose of all temporary structures not intended for future use upon completion of construction. 3. The Certificate Holder also shall dispose of used timber, brush, refuse, or flammable materials resulting from the clearing of lands or from construction of the Project.
