Noise Emissions. The Certificate Holder shall operate the Project in compliance with applicable Washington State environmental noise regulations WAC 173-60, WAC 000-00-000, WAC 173-58, and RCW 70A.20.

Noise Emissions. 4 This Part sets out the standards, parameters, conditions and requirements which shall apply in respect of noise emissions and effects from the GPS.
4.1 The noise levels resulting from the operation of the GPS, measured at the points on or near the boundary of the GPS Site which are specified on the plan marked ‘Gladstone Power Station—noise measurement points’ initialled by or on behalf of each of the Participants and the Chief Executive and held in the offices of the Department (the “Specified Noise Points”) shall be such as to not exceed the values, determined in accordance with paragraph 4.2, for the following parameters— LAeq,T XX00,X XX00,X XX00,X where those parameters have the meanings specified in Australian Standard AS 1055 Acoustics—Descriptors and Measurement of Environmental Noise—Part 1, General Procedures (“AS1055”).
4.2 The Participants shall, prior to the Date of Transfer, carry out noise level measurements over a minimum of 7 days at the Specified Noise Points and otherwise in accordance with AS1055 to determine the baseline values for the noise level parameters in paragraph 4.1 and shall notify those measurements to the Chief Executive within 60 days of their determination.
Noise Emissions. Noise measurements shall be made with the Plant operating at baseload conditions in its normal Plant configuration. Noise tests shall only be carried out when weather conditions are dry with light winds. Wind speed shall be calm and not exceed 5 mph during any noise measurements. The results of the noise measurements shall be reported together with the operating conditions of the Plant equipment, meteorological conditions, noise measurement locations, and details of the instrumentation used for the measurements. Any corrections made to the measured noise levels to take account of background noise levels or noise from other sources should be identified. Near-field Noise: Contractor shall guarantee that the sound level from all Equipment (other than Contractor Equipment) after erected and installed as an integrated part of the Plant shall not exceed 85 dBA when measured at five (5) feet above the base elevation of equipment and at a horizontal distance of three (3) feet from the Equipment surface. Equipment that need not meet the above criteria includes the following: gas compressors, air cooled condenser, building ventilators, stacks, CTG inlet, relief valve vents, and start-up valve vents.
Noise Emissions. The Certificate Holder shall operate the Project in compliance with applicable Washington State Environmental Noise Levels, WAC 173-60. In particular, a noise monitoring study at the northern boundaries of the Project Site will be performed within sixty (60) days of beginning Commercial Operation, and, if the noise levels exceed the Washington State Environmental Noise Levels, the Certificate Holder shall propose mitigation, such as installing a noise-
Noise Emissions. The Certificate Holder shall operate the Site in compliance with applicable Washington State Environmental Noise Levels, WAC 173-60. In particular, a noise monitoring study at the northern boundaries of the Site Location will be performed within sixty (60) days of beginning Commercial Operation, and, if the noise levels exceed the Washington State Environmental Noise Levels, the Certificate Holder shall propose mitigation, such as installing a noise- mitigating barrier, for EFSEC’s review and approval.42 40 Mitigation Measure #2 of the Revised MDNS. 41 Mitigation Measure #6 of the Revised MDNS.
Noise Emissions. The applicant shall provide evidence that the retrofitting of a REC in accordance with the supplied fitting instructions will not lead to an increase of the vehicle's noise emissions. Evidence that the REC is intended only to be fitted in addition to the original equipment manufacturer's standard production silencer system on a road vehicle4 will be considered to fulfil this requirement. 4 Road vehicles, for this purpose, are category M2, M3 and N vehicles as defined in the Consolidated Resolution on the Construction of Vehicles (R.E.3), (document ECE/TRANS/WP.29/78/Rev.3, para. 2 - xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxx/xx00/xx00xxx/xx00xxx/xx00xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxx), excluding those vehicles approved according to Regulation No. 83.
