Construction With Other Provisions. The provisions of this Article XIII are in addition to the other terms and conditions of this Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Article XIII and any other term or condition of this Agreement, the requirements of this Article XIII and not such other term or condition, shall govern.
