Construction Work. (a) Subject to the provisions of Article 1 and the provisions of this Construction Contract, Contractor shall perform all of the Construction Work in compliance with this Construction Contract and in such a manner so as not to cause Project Co to be in breach of its obligations to Owner pursuant to the Project Agreement in respect of the Construction Work.
