Common use of Consultancy Fee Clause in Contracts

Consultancy Fee. In consideration of the Services to be rendered hereunder, the Company shall pay Consultant a monthly Consultancy fee equal to USD$3,400 for Services provided to the Company (the “Consultancy Fee").
