Common use of Consultant Benefits Clause in Contracts

Consultant Benefits. During the Term, Consultant shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans (other than any annual bonus or other compensation or severance plans or programs, which benefits are set forth in this Agreement) as in effect from time to time (collectively “Consultant Benefits”), on the same basis as those benefits are generally made available to Company officers The Company reserves the right to change or cancel any Consultant Benefits at its sole discretion, except as specifically set forth in this Agreement.

During the Term, Consultant shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans (other than policies and plans, including, without limitation, any annual bonus or other compensation or severance plans or health insurance, life insurance and disability insurance programs, which benefits are set forth in this Agreement) as in effect from time to time (collectively “Consultant Benefits”), adopted by the Company on the same basis as those benefits are generally made available employees at Consultant’s level as such policies or plans may be amended, changed, altered or terminated by the Company from time to Company officers The Company reserves the right to change or cancel any Consultant Benefits at time and in its sole discretion, except as specifically set forth in this Agreement.
