Ongoing Training. The company shall: A. Comply with all current Codes of Practices, Regulations, Worksafe Australia documentation and approved and recognised industry standards as a minimum requirement, so as to meet and comply with the company's obligations under the NSW Occupational Health and Safety Xxx 0000 and the NSW Occupational Health and Safety Regulation; B. Authorise all transport workers elected to OH & S Committees and/or as OH & S Representatives to attend a committee training course (as per the NSW Occupational Health and Safety Act, 2001) as soon as practicable within 3 months of being elected to such a position. Further, the Company will establish an OH & S Committee in all workplaces with less than 20 employees; C. Train all TWU delegates and co-delegates to "Certificate 4 in Workplace Training and Assessing" trainer standard within three months of either the commencement of this agreement or the delegate or co-delegate assuming the position of delegate or co-delegate; D. Train all existing employees in the Blue Card Induction Program. Such training is to occur within three months of the commencement of the agreement, and shall be conducted by a licensed Blue Card training provider, in conjunction with the company and the TWU delegate; E. Enrol and provide all employees that perform driving duties, together with any allocation staff and fleet controllers with the opportunity and time to attend Driver Fatigue Management programs; and F. Provide all TWU delegates and co-delegates with an additional two weeks per annum paid training leave.

Ongoing Training. We may require the Control Person, the Unit General Manager, the assistant managers and other key employees of the Restaurant to attend, at your expense, ongoing training at our training facility, the Authorized Location or other location we designate. In addition, we may develop and require you to purchase an in-restaurant training program.
Ongoing Training. 1. Employees’ training needs will be addressed by the Communication Council. The Association may provide suggestions for training topics; however the training session topics and frequency will be determined by the District. 2. The District may provide training for Employees on days when students are not in attendance. Employees who do not normally work on such days may voluntarily attend training sessions and be paid at their hourly rate of pay. The District may limit the amount of attendees at a training session. 3. The District (in coordination with the Communication Council) will explore ways to provide yearly CPR/AED training to Employees who perform lunch and/or recess duty (or similar supervisory duties).
Ongoing Training. In order to be successful with the Kyäni opportunity, any Business Partner who sponsors another Business Partner into Xxxxx should perform a bona fide assistance and training function to ensure that his or her downline is properly operating his or her Kyäni business. Business Partners should have ongoing contact and communication with the Business Partners in their Downline Organizations. Examples of such contact and communication may include but are not limited to: newsletters, written correspondence, personal meetings, telephone contact, voicemail, electronic mail, and the accompaniment of downline Business Partners to Kyäni meetings, training sessions, and other functions. Upline Business Partners should also seek to motivate and train new Business Partners in Kyäni product knowledge, effective sales techniques, the Kyäni Global Compensation Plan, compliance with Company Policies and Procedures, and compliance with local law. Business Partners must monitor the Business Partners in their Downline Organizations to ensure that downline Business Partners do not make improper product or business claims, or engage in any illegal or inappropriate conduct. Upon request, every Business Partner should be able to provide documented evidence to Xxxxx of his or her ongoing fulfillment of the responsibilities of a Sponsor.
Ongoing Training. Periodically, the Parties agree to engage in joint training of their sales forces as it pertains to delivery and presentation of the Services.
Ongoing Training. At the request of Omnicell, Buyer may agree, in Buyer’s sole and absolute discretion, to sponsor periodic training programs for Omnicell sales representatives and employees, at which such individuals shall be trained on the techniques and benefits of using leases and other financial products as sales tools, proper documentation, and such other topics as the parties mutually agree upon. Such training shall be performed at sites as the parties mutually agree upon, and Buyer shall be responsible for such training expenses as the parties mutually agree upon in advance (which expenses shall not include transportation, and travel and living expenses of Omnicell employees).
