Consultant is Independent Contractor. A. The City’s project director, or designee, shall be responsible for determining whether Consultant’s work product is satisfactory and consistent with this Agreement, but Consultant is not subject to the direction and control of the City. Consultant shall be an independent contractor for all purposes and shall not be entitled to compensation other than the compensation provided for under Section 3 of this Agreement. The City’s acceptance of the work product as satisfactory does not relieve the Consultant from responsibility for any errors in the work product.
