Consultant's Scope of Services. 2.1. Consultant agrees to perform all the services and provide all the materials requested and described in the Scope of Work which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference, which are hereinafter collectively referred to as the ”Scope of Services.”
2.2. Consultant agrees to provide its services and materials in the times allowed for performance contained in the Scope of Services. The Consultant will make no claims for additional compensation or damages owing to suspensions, delays, or hindrances which arise during the performance of this Agreement. Such suspensions, delays or hindrances may only be compensated for by an extension of time as the Village may decide. However, such extension will not operate as a waiver of any other rights of the Village.
2.3. In the event that Village desires Consultant to perform any additional services related to tasks not specifically contained in the Scope of Services, the Village Manager is authorized to approve such services based on the costs contained in Exhibit B provided the total amounts expended to do not exceed the limitation of paragraph 3.1.
Consultant's Scope of Services. The Consultant shall perform professional Consulting services relevant to the Project in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, and as provided in Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part of this Agreement.
Consultant's Scope of Services. Consultant shall perform professional Consulting services related to professional grant consulting. The City is free to utilize other consultants as it deems appropriate.
Consultant's Scope of Services. 5.1 CONSULTANT’s services shall consist of those services performed by the CONSULTANT, CONSULTANT’s employees and sub-consultants enumerated in work orders and subsequent AGREEMENT amendments developed under this AGREEMENT.
5.2 CONSULTANT will be available for the full duration of the work order programs defined in the AGREEMENT amendments to provide services as described therein.
5.3 CONSULTANT’s services shall be performed as expeditiously as is consistent with professional skill and care and the orderly progress of the specified work.
5.4 CONSULTANT shall render professional services in accordance with the Organizational Charts, maximum-amount-not-to-exceed-fee basis, Program Schedule and CONSULTANT’s detailed Scope of Services as endorsed in the AGREEMENT, Work Orders, and/or amendments.
5.5 CONSULTANT shall render professional services such as, but not limited to, for independent estimates, bid documents, federal contract support, and document review, pre-construction planning assistance, and change control analysis, construction management and request for information.

Upon recipient of a written Notice to Proceed from Thornton, Consultant acknowledges that its scope of AE services includes furnishing all of the technical, administrative, professional, and other labor; all supplies and materials, equipment, printing, vehicles, local travel, office space and facilities, testing and analyses, calculations, and any other facilities or resources required to perform and complete the Services described in the attached Exhibit A (Scope of Services).
Consultant's Scope of Services. The Services to be performed by Consultant under this Statement of Work includes all of the following: Consultant will complete a Sanitary Sewer Master Plan. The typical tasks involved in the process of updating an ordinance are listed in Exhibit 5.A.

1.1.6 Soils inspection and testing A Division of the State Architect (DSA) Form 103, List of Structural Tests and Special Inspections, or current version, must be completed for each project and attached to Exhibit “A”, which is incorporated herein by this reference. Form 103 indicates the type(s) of Inspection(s) and/or testing that will be performed as part of the scope of this Agreement.
