The Consultant, its employees, contractors or agents shall not Consultant without the prior written consent of the Customer, enter into any contract on behalf of Customer or bind Customer in respect whatsoever. For further clarity, the Consultant does not have legal or business decision making authority on behalf of the Customer except where otherwise consented to in writing by the Customer.
