CONSULTANT TO OBTAIN PERMITS, ETC. Except as otherwise instructed in writing by the Corporation, the Firm shall obtain and comply with all legally required licenses, consents, approvals, orders, authorizations, permits, restrictions, declarations and filings required to be obtained by the Corporation or the Firm in connection with the services to be provided under this Agreement.
