CONSULTANT’S ACCOUNTING RECORDS. Records and receipts of the Consultant’s Direct Personnel, Consultant and Reimbursable Expenses pertaining to the Project shall be kept on a generally recognized accounting basis. The Owner reserves the right to request and receive Consultant documentation regarding any taxes, expenses, or other charges that Consultant claims Owner is obligated to pay.

CONSULTANT’S ACCOUNTING RECORDS.
