Consultant’s Use of Work Product. The Consultant, despite other conditions of this Section, shall have the right to utilize such Work Product on its brochures or other literature that it may utilize for its sales and in addition, unless specifically otherwise exempted, the Consultant may use standard line drawings, specifications and calculations on other unrelated projects.
Consultant’s Use of Work Product. Consultant, despite other conditions of this Section, may use the Work Product without charge in its brochures or other literature employed for its sales and, in addition, unless specifically otherwise exempted, Consultant may use without charge standard line drawings, details, specifications, calculations and other parts of the design not prepared exclusively for the Owner on other unrelated projects.
Consultant’s Use of Work Product. Once the Consultant gives the work product to the Client, the Consultant does not have any rights to it, except those that the Client explicitly gives the Consultant here. The Client gives the Consultant permission to use the work product as part of the Consultant's portfolio and websites, in galleries, and in other media, so long as it is to showcase the Consultant's work and not for any other purpose. The Consultant is not allowed to sell or otherwise use the work product to make money or for any other commercial use. The Client is not allowed to take back this license, even after the Contract ends.

EOU Reuse or Modification of Work Product: Any reuse or modification of the Work Product without the Consultant’s involvement or prior written consent will be at EOU’s sole risk and without liability or exposure to the Consultant. EOU will indemnify the Consultant, or the Consultant’s officers, employees, subcontractors, subconsultants, or agents for any liability arising out of or resulting from such reuse.
