Consultation Between Sub-Advisers. In performance of its duties and obligations under this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser shall not consult with any other sub-adviser to a Penn Series portfolio concerning transactions in securities or other assets for the Fund, except as permitted by Rule 12d3-1 under the Act.
