Common use of Consultation for Others Clause in Contracts

Consultation for Others. Consultant is free to perform work as a consultant or employee for any other entity and/or person provided that such engagement does not create a conflict of interest with Consultant’s obligations to Company. Specifically, none of Consultant’s services for any other entity and/or person shall compromise in any way the Company’s “Confidential Information” as defined in Paragraph 4(a) below. Further, Consultant must at all times comply with Paragraph 4 below.

Consultation for Others. Specifically, none Consultant is prohibited from providing services to a direct competitor of Consultant’s services for any other entity and/or person shall compromise in any way the Company’s “Confidential Information” as defined in Paragraph 4(a) below. FurtherCompany during the Term and Consultant must, Consultant must at all times during and after the Term, comply with the conditions of Paragraph 4 below.
