Common use of Consultation; Notification Clause in Contracts

Consultation; Notification. (a) The Purchaser and the U.S. Debtors shall cooperate with each other in seeking entry of the U.S. Sale Order, and the U.S. Debtors shall deliver to the Purchaser prior to filing copies of all proposed pleadings, motions, objections, responses to objections, notices, statements, schedules, applications, reports and other material papers to be filed by the U.S. Debtors in connection with such motions and relief requested therein and any challenges thereto.
