Consultation with Advisors. The Fiscal Agent may consult with legal and other professional advisors of its own choosing, at the reasonable expense of the Issuer, as to any matter relating to this Agreement, and the Fiscal Agent shall not incur any liability in acting reasonably and in good faith in accordance with any advice from such counsel.
