Common use of Consultation with Advisors Clause in Contracts

Consultation with Advisors. Each Company consents to Buyer’s consultation with legal, accounting and other professional advisors to such Company and relating to the advice rendered to such Company prior to the Closing regarding the Business, Purchased Assets or Assumed Liabilities, excluding, however, the negotiation and drafting of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.
