Common use of Consultation with Advisors Clause in Contracts

Consultation with Advisors. The Sellers consent to Purchaser’s consultation with legal, accounting and other professional advisors to the Sellers relating to the advice rendered to the Sellers prior to the Closing regarding the Sellers’ business or assets, excluding, however, the negotiation and drafting of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.
