Consulting Agreements. ERP Operating Partnership shall enter into a consulting agreement with each of Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx which shall become effective as of the Effective Time and shall be in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibit "K".
