Common use of Consulting or Audit Services Clause in Contracts

Consulting or Audit Services. “Consulting or Audit Services” shall mean any activity which involves providing audit review or other consulting or advisory services with respect to any relationship or prospective relationship between the Corporation and any third party that is likely to result in the use or disclosure of Confidential Information.
