Common use of Consulting Service Fees Clause in Contracts

Consulting Service Fees. Consulting Service fees will be calculated at Seidor’s then current Time and Material charge and invoiced monthly in arrears, or at the rate and payment terms as set out in the Order. A detailed VAT invoice will be produced. Any Services required to be performed at the Customer’s site and/or locations other than remotely by Seidor, will be subject to reasonable travel costs and expenses.
