Common use of Consumables forecasts Clause in Contracts

Consumables forecasts. The Customer is expected to provide updated Consumables forecasts, on a quarterly basis for the following 3 and 6 month periods, for all Consumables. Where available all forecasts shall be placed via the Miraclon online forecasting process, or if unavailable, in writing via Customer’s designated Miraclon representative.
