Consumer Lease Financing. Subject to the exception listed on Schedule 2.01(b), SCUSA shall provide lease financing to Retail Consumers for the acquisition of new and used (including certified pre-owned) vehicles from Dealers (and will purchase the underlying vehicles to facilitate such acquisition and loan financing);
