Common use of CONSUMER REPORTS Clause in Contracts

CONSUMER REPORTS. You agree that the Bank is authorized, in its discretion, to obtain credit reports and employment verifications on you and the Bank may at any time in the future obtain additional credit reports to review your account. You have the right to ask whether we obtained a credit report and, if so, the name and address of the consumer-reporting agency which gave the report.
