General Rules and Regulations. The following rules and regulations govern the use of the Facility, including the Building, each tenant's premises and all common areas. Each tenant shall be bound by such rules and regulations and shall be responsible for the observance of these rules and regulations by its employees, subtenants, assignees, contractors, suppliers, customers, invitees and guests. 1. Sidewalks, halls, passages, exits, entrances, elevators, escalators and stairways of the Facility shall not be obstructed by tenants or used by them for any purpose other than for ingress to and egress from their respective premises. The halls, passages, exits, entrances, elevators, stairways, balconies and roof are not for the use of the general public and Licensor shall in all cases retain the right to control and prevent access thereto by all persons whose presence in the judgment of Licensor shall be prejudicial to the safety, character, reputation and interests of the Facility and its tenants, provided that nothing herein contained shall be construed to prevent such access to persons with whom any tenant normally deals in the ordinary course of such tenant's business unless such persons are engaged in illegal activity. No tenant and no employee or invitee of and tenant shall go upon the roof of the Corporate Tower or any other building in the Facility, except as authorized by Licensor. 2. No sign, placard, picture, name, advertisement or notice, visible from the exterior of the premises shall be inscribed, painted, affixed, installed or otherwise displayed by any tenant either on its premises or any part of the Facility without the prior written consent of Licensor. Licensor shall have the right to remove any such sign, placard, picture, name, advertisement or notice without notice to and at the expense of the tenant. If Licensor shall have given such consent to any tenant at any time, whether before or after the execution of the License Agreement, such consent shall in no way operate as a waiver or release of any of the provisions hereof or of such License Agreement and shall be deemed to relate only to the particular sign, placard, picture, name, advertisement or notice so consented to by Licensor and shall not be construed as dispensing with the necessity of obtaining the specific written consent of Licensor with respect to any other such sign, placard, picture, name, advertisement or notice. For accounts opened in our branches in New Jersey, your accounts will also be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the rules and regulations of the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.

If Landlord objects in writing to any curtains, blinds, shades, screens or hanging plants or other similar objects attached to or used in connection with any window or door of the Premises, or placed on any windowsill, which is visible from the exterior of the Premises, Tenant will immediately discontinue such use. Tenant agrees not to place anything against or near glass partitions or doors or windows which may appear unsightly from outside the Premises, including, without limitation, stickers, tinting materials, foil shades, blinds or screens. 5. Tenant will not obstruct any sidewalks, passages, exits or entrances of the Project. The sidewalks, passages, exits and entrances are not open to the general public, but are open, subject to reasonable regulations, to Tenant’s business invitees. General Rules and Regulations. 1. The removal, and associated costs thereof, of tape and tape residue is the responsibility of the Show Promotor. 2. Signs, Decorations and related materials may not be taped, tacked, stapled, nailed etc., or affixed in any manner to painted surfaces, columns, fabrics or decorative walls in or around the Facility. 3. The Xxxx Case Arena permanent signage may not be blocked in any manner and temporary signs may not be attached in any manner to permanent arena signage. 4. Helium Balloons are not permitted inside the Xxxx Case Arena without prior written approval of Arena Management. 5. Adhesive backed decals and stickers may not be distributed in the Facility. Costs associated with the removal of decals/stickers are the responsibility of the Show Promotor. 6.
