Common use of CONSUMPTION CHARGES Clause in Contracts

CONSUMPTION CHARGES. 24.1 Subject to the provisions of clause 24.2 the Purchaser shall as from and including the Contractual Occupation Date be liable for the charges in respect of all electricity and water consumed in or on the Unit. 24.2 The Scheme shall be equipped with a central hot water system.
