Contact Persons and Key Personnel. The Parties shall name the contact persons and key personnel on each side for the responsibilities to be included in the list attached as QA Annex 1 as amended from time to time. Each Party shall be entitled to replace a responsible person upon written notice to the other Party. The Parties shall have permanently at their disposal a qualified person responsible for Manufacturing with respect to the 2016 Product IMPs. This person shall have the required qualifications as set forth under applicable laws and regulations. The Parties will inform each other immediately of any changes.

Each Party shall be entitled to replace a responsible person upon written notice to the other Party. XXXX and KANGZHE shall have permanently at their disposal a qualified person designated as responsible for the compliance of the distribution of the Products and 2016 Product IMPs. This qualified responsible person shall have the required qualifications as set forth under applicable laws and regulations. XXXX and XXXXXXX will inform each other immediately of any changes.

The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Subrecipient’s Project Manager.
