Contact Points Each Party shall designate a contact point to facilitate communications between the Parties on any matter covered by this Agreement.

Contact Persons 12.1 All matters or enquiries regarding this Agreement will be directed to each party’s Contact Person (set out in the Key Details). 12.2 Each party may from time to time change the person designated as its Contact Person on 10 Business Days’ written notice to the other Party.

Contact details 9.1. Any notice, demand, offer or other written instrument required or permitted to be given pursuant to this Standard Transmission Agreement and to the Access Code for Transmission shall be sent to the contact persons mentioned in the contact details sheet as published on the Fluxys Belgium website. The duly filled contact details sheet will be added to attachment 1 of this Agreement. 9.2. Each Party may change these contact detail to which notice shall be sent, or specify one additional address to which copies of notices shall be sent, in accordance with the provisions of this Standard Transmission Agreement.
Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act Requirements To the extent any documents are required to be filed or any certification is required to be made with respect to the Issuer or the Notes pursuant to the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act, the Issuer hereby authorizes the Servicer and the Seller, or either of them, to prepare, sign, certify and file any such documents or certifications on behalf of the Issuer.
Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Compliance As soon as it is legally required to do so, the Company shall take all actions necessary to obtain and thereafter maintain material compliance with each applicable provision of the Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder and related or similar rules and regulations promulgated by any other governmental or self-regulatory entity or agency with jurisdiction over the Company.
