Contacting the Procuring Agency i. Subject to ITB Clause 2.5.3, no Bidder shall contact the Procuring Agency on any matter relating to its Bid, from the time of the Bid opening to the time the evaluation report is made public i.e. 10 days before the contract is awarded. If the Bidder wishes to bring additional information or has grievance to the notice of the Procuring Agency, it should do so in writing. ii) Any effort by a Bidder to influence the Procuring Agency during Bid evaluation, or Bid comparison may result in the rejection of the Bidder’s Bid.
