Contacting the Procuring Agency. 30.1 No Bidder shall contact the Procuring Agency on any matter relating to its bid, from the time of the bid opening to the time the Contract is awarded. 30.2 Any effort by a Bidder to influence the Procuring Agency in its decisions on bid evaluation, bid comparison, or Contract Award will result in the rejection of the Bidder’s bid and subsequent black listing. Canvassing by any Bidder at any stage of the Tender evaluation is strictly prohibited.
