Withdrawal of Bids. Bids may be withdrawn by bidders prior to the time set for official opening. After time has been called, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty-five days after the time and date of opening except as provided in O.C.G.A Section 13-10-22 (appreciable error in calculation of bid). Negligence or error on the part of any bidder in preparing his bid confers no right of withdrawal or modification of his bid after time has been called except as provided by Georgia law.
Withdrawal of Bids. 19.1. Except as provided for in Article 16 above, a Bidder may not withdraw its Bid before the expiration of forty-five (45) Days after the Bid Opening; thereafter, a Bidder may withdraw its Bid only in writing and in advance of an actual award.
Withdrawal of Bids. The bidder may withdraw its bid after the bid’s submission and prior to the deadline prescribed for submission of bids. No bid may be withdrawn in the interval between the deadline for submission of bids and the expiration of the period of bid validity specified in instruction to bidders.

Withdrawal of Bids. 6.1 Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the time designated for receipt of bids on written or electronic request. Electronic withdrawal of bids must be confirmed over the Bidder's signature by written notice postmarked on or before the date and time set for receipt of bids.
Withdrawal of Bids. 19.1. Except as provided for in Article 16 above, a Bidder may not withdraw its Bid before the expiration of forty-five (45) Days after the Bid Opening; thereafter, a Bidder may withdraw its Bid only in writing and in advance of an actual award within sixty (60) Days after the execution of the Contract, the Commissioner fails to fix the date for commencement of work by written notice to the Bidder, the Bidder, at its option, may ask to be relieved of its obligation to perform the work called for by written notice to the Commissioner. If such notice is given, and the request to withdraw is granted, the Bidder waives all claims in connection with this Contract.
Withdrawal of Bids. B14.1 A Bidder may withdraw his Bid without penalty by giving written notice to the Manager of Materials at any time prior to the Submission Deadline.
Withdrawal of Bids. Any bidder may withdraw their bid at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids, but no bid shall be withdrawn for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
