CONTENT IDENTIFICATION AND MANAGEMENT. It is understood and agreed that to the extent there are any conflicts between (a) the CIMA and (b) this Section 4 of this Agreement, the provisions of the CIMA will control unless the CIMA is terminated by either party, in which case this Section 4 will control.
