Common use of Content of Reports; Copies Clause in Contracts

Content of Reports; Copies. The Subrecipient will report completely and will provide the Council with any additional or follow-up information as may be requested by the Council. The Subrecipient will provide copies of the reports specified in Sections 6.01 and 6.02 to organizations and individuals upon request during the Term of this Agreement in accordance with the terms of the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act.
