Use of Report. Bloomberg has published the Report for informational purposes only. The Recipient agrees to access and use the Report only for internal and non-commercial purposes. Use of Report. 0.1 The Client acknowledges that any Report or interim reports or results of the Services, prepared by Xxxxxxx in terms of this Agreement are prepared for use by the Client. The Client agrees that the Report or any interim reports shall always be quoted in full, and not in part, summary or precis form and shall when reproduced contain the disclaimer stipulated in clause 13.2 except as may be agreed between the Parties in terms of Clause 14. Xxxxxxx acknowledges that all Reports it generates and all reports prepared by the Consultants under its supervision for the Definitive Feasibility Study, shall conform to the provisions of National Instrument 43-101 of Part 4, Distribution Requirements, of the British Columbia Securities Commission.

Use of Report. PM’s report on the financial statements must be associated only with the financial statements that were the subject of PM’s audit engagement. Client may make copies of the audit report, but only if the entire financial statements (including related footnotes and supplemental information, as appropriate) are reproduced and distributed with that report. Client agrees not to reproduce or associate PM’s audit report with any other financial statements, or portions thereof, that are not the subject of this engagement.
Use of Report. At the conclusion of PM’s services, PM will provide the Township with a written report as described in this engagement letter. PM’s report will be restricted solely to use by management of the Township and the Township agrees that PM’s report will not be distributed to any outside parties for any purpose other than to carry out legal responsibilities of the Township. PM will have no responsibility to update PM’s report for any events or circumstances that occur or become known subsequent to the date of that report.
Use of Report. At the conclusion of our project activities, we will provide you with a written report as described in the engagement letter. Our report will be restricted solely to use by management of Acme and you agree that our report will not be distributed to any outside parties for any purpose other than to carry out legal responsibilities of Acme. We will have no responsibility to update our report for any events or circumstances that occur or become known subsequent to the date of that report.
Use of Report. Client understands that the inspection and the inspection report are performed for their sole, confidential, and exclusive use. The Client agrees that they will not transfer or disclose any part of the inspection report to any other person with the following exceptions ONLY: The Seller, the Seller’s real estate agent, and/or attorney. Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MGI from any third party claims relating to this inspection or inspection report.
