CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE. (a) Client will retain all right, title and interest in and to the Client Site worldwide including, but not limited to, ownership of all copyrights and other intellectual property rights therein.
CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE a) Auto-By-Tel will retain all right, title and interest in and to the Content worldwide (including, but not limited to, ownership of all copyrights and other intellectual property rights therein). Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Auto-By-Tel hereby grants to Excite a royalty-free, nonexclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, transmit and publicly display the Content in accordance with this Agreement and to sublicense the Content to Excite's wholly-owned subsidiaries or to joint ventures in which Excite participates for the sole purpose of using, reproducing, distributing, transmitting and publicly displaying the Content in accordance with this Agreement.

Excite will retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Excite Network, the Excite Automotive Channel and the Broadcast Pages worldwide.
CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE a) Content Provider will retain all right, title and interest in and to the Content worldwide (including, but not limited to, ownership of all copyrights and other intellectual property rights therein). Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Content Provider hereby grants to Excite a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, transmit and publicly display the Content in accordance with this Agreement and to sub-license the Content to Excite's wholly- owned subsidiaries or to joint ventures in which Excite participates for the sole purpose of using, reproducing, distributing, transmitting and publicly displaying the Content in accordance with this Agreement. Excite's only payment obligation to Content Provider in consideration for such license is set forth in Section 2.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Application Provider hereby grants to Excite@Home a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, transmit and publicly display the e-centives Content in accordance with this Agreement and to sub-license the Application Content to Excite@Home's wholly-owned subsidiaries or to joint ventures in which Excite@Home participates for the sole purpose of using, reproducing, distributing, transmitting and publicly displaying the e-centives Content in accordance with this Agreement, provided that no such sublicensing shall be to Application Provider Named Competitors.
CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE. 14.1 Preview Travel will retain all right, title and interest in and to its Content worldwide (including, but not limited to, ownership of all copyrights, moral rights and other intellectual property rights therein). Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Preview Travel hereby grants to Excite a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, transmit and publicly display Preview Travel's Content in accordance with this Agreement and to sub-license Preview Travel's Content to Excite's wholly-owned subsidiaries or to joint ventures in which Excite participates (excluding Preview Travel's direct competitors then listed in Exhibit A) for the sole purpose of using, reproducing, distributing, transmitting and publicly displaying Preview Travel's Content in accordance with this Agreement to the extent permitted by Preview Travel's third party Content licensors.
