Common use of Content Ownership by Customer Clause in Contracts

Content Ownership by Customer. As between Customer and Box, Customer or its licensors own all right, title and interest in and to the Content. Customer hereby grants Box the right to Process Content solely to provide the Box Service to Customer or any User or pursuant to this Agreement.
