Contents of Plans. The DEVELOPER shall cause to be prepared and submitted to the CITY, plans (the "Plans") describing in reasonable detail all utility systems, all storm water management systems, and all street system improvements necessary to provide adequate services to the Project (hereinafter called the "IMPROVEMENTS"). The plans shall include all information required by Section 2-8 (Construction Plans) of the Subdivision Regulations and any other details as requested by the CITY. It is recognized that the IMPROVEMENTS may be constructed in phases as the Project is developed. The DEVELOPER shall submit the Plans as provided herein for each phase and execute a separate DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT for each phase.
